Joe Fury is one of David Haller's more powerful alternate personalities and apparently requires a lot of energy to subdue.

Energy Projection: Joe can seemingly generate various forms of energy from his body, including pure concussive force, electricity and fire, with an apparent preference for the latter.
Weaknesses
While not a strict weakness, despite Joe's apparent strength amongst David's alters, he is still submissive to Hunter, avoiding conflict with the more macho alter for fear of getting shot.
