History

Jimmy Yama is a good friend and fellow classmate of May Parker. He attends Midtown High School in Queens, New York with her and is a classic example of a geek. He regularly gets picked on by the jocks, including Moose Manfield and Brad Miller. He secretly has a crush on May and wishes to ask her out, but looses the nerve, often because he becomes the subject of ridicule just as he is about to ask. May however only liked Jimmy as a friend and this made his attempts to ask her out made her even more embarrassed. Jimmy has since started to date Heather Noble. Although, he is not one to stand back, and has even stood up to Moose on occasion.
