History
Three weeks after his 17th birthday, Jim Prindle showed the abilities to perform transmutation. Initially intending to catch a job instead of going to university, he was sent to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters to learn how to use his powers. He travelled around the world, showing "alchemy" on TV shows, without care of his family.[1]
Eventually, the Decimation affected him, leaving him alone, searching help from his brother, Joe Prindle. When Sally Floyd came to interview the twins, Joe showed no pity for his brother's condition.[1]
He was most likely killed when the bus exploded.[3]Attributes
Powers
Transmutation (formerly): He was a mutant with power to modify the atomic structure of some elements and molecules. he was able to turn plastic into charcoal, wood into water, etc. Jim lost his power during Decimation.[1]
