Jerry Morgan was a scientist who shrank his own skeleton due to an unforeseen side effect of the shrinking gas he invented. Morgan invented his shrinking gas a few months before Henry Pym's experiments with shrinking. He joined the Headmen in their attempts to seek world domination through science, and most often acted as assistant to Arthur Nagan.

Quiet Room

He battled Spider-Man along with a group of other villains including; Angar the Screamer, Gorilla-Man, Ruby Thursday and Chondu the Mystic. Led by Doctor Bong they planned on conquering the Multiverse by creating a “Cosmic Bong” in the world’s quietest room.
