History
Jimmy Zafar was a police officer of the NYPD and member of the Cabal, an organization that would permanently kill criminals, rather than simply jailing them. Jimmy, along with the other members of the Cabal, took turns using the Savage Steel Armor. He and the Cabal tried to kill first the Punisher and then Darkhawk.
After Civil War
After the Civil War, he was listed as a potential recruit for the Initiative.[1]
