Quote1 Dang. Looks like this is gonna be a... harder nut to crack than I thought. What? I'm allowed. It makes sense with the suit. Quote2
Iron Man[src]

After his conventional armor failed at stopping Squirrel Girl's evil clone Allene, Tony Stark hastily designed a new suit specifically to take down the newly-surfaced villain.

Iron Man assembled a group of Avengers intended to meet up with the original Squirrel Girl, but they were tricked by Allene into meeting up with her instead, setting up a trap in the form of an electrified floor that knocked down all the heroes except Iron Man. Even though his suit could counter her abilities, Allene started attacking him with his teammates' arsenal. She eventually neutralized Iron Man by shooting him with Hawkeye's putty arrows, and then throwing his unconscious teammates on him, so they sticked to the armor. This prevented Tony from retaliating without risking his teammates' safety. Allene breached the suit's helmet and knocked out Tony with a punch. When Allene stole the Avengers' equipment to continue fighting the rest of the heroes and villains, she took the armor's right glove.

After putting together a contingent of the remaining superhumans to stop Allene, the original Squirrel Girl ended up being accidentally teleported to the Moon by Allene. Tippy-Toe stole both Allene's hand-held teleporter and the Iron Man armor gauntlet and flew to Allene's abandoned base in Brooklyn, where Mjolnir laid untouched ever since Thor's defeat. Using the teleporter, Tippy sent Mjolnir to the Moon in order to save Squirrel Girl.[1]

Properties[]

Overview[]

This suit was built with the exclusive purpose to precisely counter the abilities of Squirrel Girl, or rather her evil clone Allene. The armor's section modeled after a squirrel's head also functions as a backup R.T. node. Friday is present as the suit's on-board computer.[1]

Offensive Powers[]

Repulsor weaponry comes equipped in the armor, including hand blasts powerful enough to tear down a wall and knock out the Black Panther.[1]

Defensive Powers[]

The armor's pilot can be insulated from electrical attacks, with emergency countermeasures being able to shunt the electricity into the R.T. node. The armor's hull is additionally extremely resistant, as it takes a person with superhuman strength to breach it.[1]

Notes

  • Save for its faceplate, the design of this suit is basically a simplified version of the Iron Man Armor MK XLIV of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
  • The numerical designation provided in this article for this suit is tentative, based on the last officially numbered armor (Model 52) and the chronological appearance of this suit.
