Synopsis for "Power in the Promised Land!"
Even after Congress decided to shut down Gamma Base, Glenn Talbot wants to continue fighting against the Hulk. Meanwhile, the green giant arrives aboard a ship to Israel, and is discovered by soldiers. Hulk defeats them easily but Sabra shows up. The Israeli superheroine can't stop Green Skin either and is knocked out by the Hulk. Eventually, Hulk turns into Bruce Banner and mixes with the people. The scientist meets an Arabic kid who steals his meal to survive. The kid tells Banner that his people and the Jewish are in constant war because of the sayings of a very old book. Suddenly, a group of terrorists throws a hand grenade and the kid is killed in the explosion. Banner turns into the Hulk and Sabra shows up again. The supersoldier thinks Ol'Greenskin is related to the explosion and attacks the Hulk with paralyzing stings. The quills siphon the Hulk's strength. But watching the dead kid, Jade Jaws recovers his strength and defeats Sabra. Hulk takes the kid to the mountains and buries him. Sabra follows the giant. With tears of anger in his eyes, Green Skin explains to her what happened. Hulk leaps away while the superheroine realizes that it took a monster to awake the humanity in her and feels awful for the innocent kid and the non stopping conflict.
