History

Ilsa Moon was a known expert who worked on the effects of radiation, for which she was chosen to try to reverse the deterioration of the M-Branch's X-Force group, but was unsuccessful. She was angry at Blaisdell's lack of concern for the group, and decided to stay with the group when they fled the hospital.
