History

Ikor was a member of the Watchers who believed that their race should share their vast knowledge with "less fortunate races". He led an expedition that gave the secrets of nuclear power to the Prosilicans which resulted in their destruction. This resulted in the Watchers' creed not to interfere in other species's affairs.
