Horatio Huxley (Earth-616)

History

Dr Horatio Huxley seems to have been the Chief Physician at Department H. He was also the head of Department H's Helios Project, which was dedicated to studying the Japanese super-hero Sunfire. He was one of those supervising the development of the new Beta Flight (synthetic replacements of Alpha Flight). He also performed experiments on Diamond Lil.
