History

The High Overlord was a member of the Martian Masters' elite and presumably the commander of their armed forces on Earth during the time that Killraven led his rebellion against them.

He captured Killraven in Washington, D.C. and had him staked out in the tunnels below to be devoured by rats. His death would be transmitted through a mural phonics system, which picked up his feelings as well as sight and sound, however, Killraven freed himself and escaped.

He then sent Abraxas, Skar, and Deathraven to slay Killraven and his Freemen, but without success.

The High Overlord wore mechanical armor that was surprisingly bipedal, considering the shapeless appearance of the Martian Masters.
