History
Heinie Mayers was the crime boss of Newton City, who worked closely with crooked politician Tim Skelly. When District Attorney Douglas would begin to meddle in his operations both Mayers and Skelly would frame him for murder. This would attract the attention of the hero known as the Vision who would go after the men. During a fight with Mayers, Skelly would attempt to shoot the Vision. Missing, he would hit Mayers who would die from the gunshot wound. Arrested, Skelly would confess everything, leading to Douglas being released.
