History
Some years before the Martian Masters decimated the Earth in the 21st century, a group of mutants led by Magneto fled the Earth and created a colony on Jupiter's moon Europa. The colony was eventually attacked by Apocalypse. The mutants went into space to look for a new home world. After several generations in space they found a world with many active volcanoes that they ironically named Haven.[citation needed]
Wolverine, still alive at this time, refused to lead the people. His descendants had other ideas and came to rule Haven with an iron fist. By the 31st Century Wolverine's great-great-great granddaughter Rancor ruled Haven.[citation needed]Residents
