Synopsis for 1st story
Mr. Destructo, a Vietnam vet, attempts to extort Los Angeles, threatening to blow up landmarks unless he is paid off. He blows up the Golden Apple, and is pursued and captured by Hardcase. He has planted one more bomb, and Hardcase and the L.A.P.D. attempt to find it. Hardcase finds the bomb under the stage at the Hollywood Bowl, and disposes of it by jumping high and throwing it, so it explodes harmlessly in the air.

- This ashcan comic was bagged with Hero Illustrated Magazine, or available at the 1993 San Diego Comic Con.
- There are two covers, the only difference is the logo color.
