History

Concerned by televised violent and sexual content, Hank Jurgens and his wife joined Citizens Boycott for Morality. Hank hired Matt Murdock when he was set up by Sam Jutter for embezzlement. He invited Murdock at home for dinner and then showed him his licensed .38 caliber revolver. Frustrated by the lack of progress Matt was making, Jurgens decided to take the law into his own hands and confronted his accuser in Central Park, threatening him. DD turned up just in time to disarm Hank and gave him something of a beating, unaware that the previously enamoured Chuckie was watching him.[1]
