Synopsis for "Screaming for Vengeance"Edit
Meanwhile, Ghost Rider learns that Doom has been ousted from power. This triggers a system crash for Ghost Rider, who gets flashes of memory revealing that he was being manipulated by Doom and the Ghostworks.
To get help debugging his system, Ghost Rider goes to the Bar Code, where Anesthesia Jones tells him that his status as law enforcement means he is no longer welcome at her establishment. During this conversation, Kabal steps from the shadows of the bar and shoots Ghost Rider. Before Ghost Rider can retaliate, Vengeance attacks him, leaving Kabal to confront Anesthesia Jones.
Meanwhile, the aftermath of the battle at the Vault of Forbidden Science is revealed. The seals of several hundred human heads formerly in cryonic suspension, gone mad from sensory deprivation, were broken and their pent-up psionic energy merged to form an insane creature of psionic plasma which unleashed itself on an unsuspecting world.
