Located downtown, this the place where Spider-Man came to bring Hulk, who was spotted nearby, to the Avengers to test his worthiness. While fighting, the Hulk broke through the gamma ray shielding wall and a gamma ray exploded, temporarily turning him back into Bruce Banner. Understanding he was just a sick man in need for help, Spider-Man let him go away.[1]
