History
The Fortisquians are an alien race created by the Beyonders for the purposes of spreading life throughout the universe.[1] They put life on other planets including Arcturus IV in their own solar system as well as other places throughout the universe. They periodically monitor their colonies in ships disguised as comets. The Caretakers of Arcturus are the genetic specialists among the Fortisquians, who were dispatched by the Beyonders to save Savage Land, which was imperilled by a conflict between the Deviants, Atlantis, and Celestials.
Stephen Beckley became Comet Man when he seemingly was killed while investigating what he thought was a comet, which in fact was a Fortisquian ship.[2] The Fortisquians reconstructed him as Comet Man.Miscellaneous
