Will McMann was a Parker Industries employee who worked on the company's New York branch.
Following the appearance of Norman Osborn at an Uncle Ben Foundation charity event in Hong Kong, McMann took part in the ensuing emergency conference call, and brought into question the type of activities the company took part in, observing that people were also wondering if Parker Industries was funding the Avengers.[1]
