History

Walter Clark was a theater producer.

He threw an "Alice in Wonderland" themed party for the crew of his latest production, and invited Betty Dean. The party was terrorized by a man posing as the Mad Hatter who blackmailed Clark out of money before murdering him. The Sub-Mariner exposed the Mad Hatter as Walter's nephew Roy.
