Shotgun City was a town that existed during the days of the American Frontier. It was the town that the original Rawhide Kid and his ward Randy Clayton eventually called home. The Kid defended the town from such threats as Gunner Gans, the Barlow gang, the Hornet, and Toady Gibbs.[1]
