Owner and Tatooist at Fishbones Ink Inc, a tattoo parlour that is the sole "capes" friendly one in New York. This is both because Fishbone doesn't reveal anything and because he has adamantium tipped needles that are designed for those with tough skin. He was also an informant for Kat Farrell, who visited him to gather information on Judge Hart. He didn't know anything but with the stuff he has seen its not unlikely that the Judge is now a ghost.
