Synopsis for ""The Terrible Threat of the Living Brain""
Dr. Jeffries of the Roxxon company brings in a new robot (dubbed the "Living Brain") and gives a demonstration at Peter's school. Peter is excited to see the robot and eagerly goes to the demo. Dr. Jeffries tells the class what the robot is capable of, and has the students ask it questions. The robot answers each question quickly and accurately. A student asks if the robot can figure out who Spider-Man is, luckily there is not enough information for the robot to figure it out. The robot mentions that although he can't figure out who Spider-Man is, he can use his abilities in things such as cards, horse racing, and so on. After the demo, Flash starts a fight with Peter, and Peter uses his Spider Sense to dodge every hit, being careful not to fight back. During the scuffle, two greedy students who heard what the robot can do, decide to steal the robot to make money. When they try to activate it, they accidentally set it to defense mode and it grabs the two kids. Flash makes a terrible comment about Peter's Uncle Ben, and Peter loses it. Right before he sends a full power punch he snaps back to reality and pulls his punch. Peter gets taken to the principle's office and a loud crash is heard outside. The principal leaves to investigate the sound and Peter puts on his Spidey costume. He finds the Living Brain and and they start to fight. Spidey lures the robot into an area of the school with very little signal. The robot loses signal and Peter disables it's modem. He changes clothes and goes back to the principals office. Flash was gone like Peter was so Peter plants the suspicion on him, that he is Spider-Man, getting the kids off his trail.
