History

Heiji Shigematsu persuaded Carmen Pryde to launder funds from their illicit operations through his bank, and from there, channel them into legitimate investments. He agreed to let Ogun take Kitty Pryde. Shigematsu was later intimidated by Shadowcat to leave Carmen Pryde alone.
