Synopsis for "Number One F*cky"

Fury was having sex with Shirley when she advised him to keep "Pug" McCuskey as a close contact. Sometime later, Fury briefed McCuskey on the French war against the Viet Minh when Shirley approached them and informed the congressman that he needed to sign letters. Fury saw a letter that said Hatherly was to be sent to Hanoi.

At night, he drove to Lallement's camp and visited an injured Hatherly before learning that Steinhoff had given him his injuries. Upon seeing Steinhoff, Fury attacked him only to be defeated. Lallement ordered Steinhoff to stop, allowing Fury to continue their fight. They were interrupted when the Viet Minh attacked the camp. During the battle, Hatherly was shot and beaten by the guerrillas.

After the battle, Lallement informed Fury that Dien Bien Phu fell to the communists. Steinhoff walked towards the injured Hatherly and called him a "brave lad" before parting ways with him and Fury. Then, Fury walked towards the injured Hatherly.
