History

Ben Hochberg was the district attorney of New York City. While he initially opposed the idea of Matt Murdock being readmitted to the bar and joining the D.A. office, he changed his views when Murdock proved to be a valuable asset in the fight against crime. He learned Daredevil's true identity when the latter was charged with manslaughter.
