History
Barbara Sanchez learned of Miles Morales through her friend Sana. They met on their first date at the restaurant Miles owned together with Wilson Fisk. Barbara initially reacted poorly to Miles' facial scars, but managed to see past them, in part due to Fisk briefly interrupting the date to praise Miles. Some time later, Miles decided to give up on his criminal double life to spend a quiet life together by Barbara's side in Bloomfield Hills.[1]
Unfortunately, Barbara would die relatively soon afterwards. In an attempt to console Miles about the tragedy, Fisk disclosed to him the possibility to find a version of her alive in somewhere in a parallel universe. Miles would go on to investigate about the possibility, and eventually travel to Earth-1610 in order to meet that world's Barbara Sanchez.[2]Trivia
