History

Amber Sunrise was a woman who went on a date with a drunken Tony Stark. He sneaked her into Avengers Mansion, while most of the other Avengers left for the night. Tony led her to a computer room and demonstrated his latest gadgets to her. She found them to be cute.

They were located by Edwin Jarvis, who was searching for intruders. He was concerned that Stark was demonstrating classified equipment to her. He also reminded Stark that Henry Gyrich would be upset about this breach of security. Tony got angry with Jarvis and belittled him. Amber convinced Tony to show her more gadgets. The next morning, Tony woke up alone.

Notes

• The presence of Amber in Avengers Mansion served two purposes. First, it demonstrated that a drunken Tony could reveal classified secrets to a potential spy and compromise the security of the Avengers. Second, it alienated Tony from Edwin Jarvis, who resigned in protest.
