History
Acari was a powerful entity who took the form of a cosmic storm to attack inhabited planets in the hopes of luring someone powerful for him to feast upon. When one of his attacks got the attention of Groot and his friends Dawn Greenwood and the Silver Surfer, Acari had a taste of the Power Cosmic wielded by the Silver Surfer and tried to feed on the rest. However, his plan was thwarted by the combined efforts of Groot and the Silver Surfer, who managed to ground his electric behind.[1]
