History

Fader was part of the division of the Imperial Guard known as the Superguardians, whose first job was the assault team on the Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters after his Empress Lilandra, under the mental control of Cassandra Nova, had ordered the destruction of all mutants. He was attacked by Beast, who used his nose and ears to track Fader whilst invisible and knocked him out with a small statue.
