Synopsis for "At Last... the Reunion!"Edit

At Neale’s Pub in London, the pub is abandoned by first by the customers, then the staff and finally the Landlord. Inside, the X-men and Excalibur surround the bar. As Rogue proposes a toast to the X-men, Jean Grey is disappointed to find that Kitty and Kurt don’t want to return to Westchester with them. Kitty storms out in anger, to go back to Lockheed’s side at the hospital. Storm goes after her to comfort her.

Meanwhile, in central London, Dai Thomas and Alistaire Stuart are surrounded by heavily armed policemen. Alistaire is shocked, until Dai shows him a photo, that makes him realise that there aren’t enough people for the job. As he goes to call for backup from his sister at W.H.O, Dai prepares to go in…

At the pub, everyone watches nervously as Brian and Betsy Braddock approach each other. There is a collective sigh of relief as they embrace.

Back in London, in a police van, Phineous Umbridge is surrounded by the remains of his former gang, whose souls he has absorbed into a crystal. He plans to give them new bodies, with superhuman abilities. As it passes Neale’s pub, the van passes a pot hole, making Phineous drop the crystal, and the contained souls escape into the air…

Inside the pub, as Wolverine tries to persuade Nightcrawler to rejoin them, they hear a scream from outside. The superheroes rush out, to find people being menaced by anthropomorphic office furniture, possessed by the newly released souls. At first, the teams laugh at the ‘threat’, before going in to attack. As they attack, Captain Britain has to save his sister, who states her powers don’t seem to work on the furniture. Wolverine, meanwhile, lays into a desk, but all the fragments come to life and attack as well. During the fight, one of the victims of the attack tells Nightcrawler about the gases escaping from the crystal, which she believes animated the furniture. Nightcrawler begins to have a plan. The team quickly defeat the furniture and recapture the souls.

Up on the roof, Colossus talks to Phoenix. At first he listens to Rachel, who thinks she is a danger to everyone, but then he starts to talk, reinforcing what Rachel is saying. Dai Thomas appears on the roof, and is introduced. He stares at Colossus in awe for a few moments, before shooting him point blank in the chest. Colossus knocks him away, and a beak emerges from his mouth, revealing himself to be a warwolf. With a howl into the sky, the rest of the ‘X-men’ are also revealed to be Warwolves, intent on recapturing Rachel for Mojo. They rush to the roof, and all merge into one large beast with multiple heads, that opens a portal to the Mojoverse. As it tries to take Rachel through, Kitty phases Rachel free, and Captain Britain knocks the wolves away from the portal. Nightcrawler opens the crystal, and the souls try to take over the Warwolves. Distracted, the Warwolves fall through the portal, which seals itself behind them. Back at the Lighthouse, Excalibur finally get round to calling the X-men.
