Synopsis for 1st story
Uncanny X-Men #534.1
Kate Kildare and Donald Evans fly in a helicopter towards Utopia. The two plan to have an interview with Magneto, who recently became a member of the X-Men.
Meanwhile, two A.I.M. officers deliver a mysterious device to a man.
In Utopia, Scott and Emma meet with Kate and Donald, and they make preparations with the interview.
In San Francisco, mayor Sadie Sinclair recieves news about A.I.M.'s activities and contacts the X-Men. As the X-Men board the Blacbird, Cyclops informs the team that A.I.M. is forcing several of San Francisco's corporations. If they don't, they will unleash an earthquake with a device they made.
In Utopia, Kate begins the interview with Magneto, who uses his powers on a fragment of the Breakworld bullet.
The X-Men arrive at the abandoned base, while Kitty hacks into the airport's systems. She discovers that the earthquake will happen in 15 minutes.
In Utopia, Kate reasons with Magneto about the recent human-mutant relations.
Meanwhile, the X-Men authorize Namor to attack the A.I.M. agents.
Kate tells Magneto that he needs to prove people he is no longer a threat, otherwise he will cause a lot of trouble for mutants.
The X-Men defeat the A.I.M. agents. Then, Cyclops tells one agent to deactive the earthquake device, but the agent replies that they never had an earthquake machine. They had a machine that predicted when earthquakes were going to happen.
Emma warns everyone and Magneto uses his powers to mantain buildings and metallic structures firm while the earthquake hits. With the danger passed, Magneto says that the interview is over.

Synopsis for "Breaking Point (Part One)"
Uncanny X-Men #535
Piotr and Kitty spent time together while Namor fought a mantis shrimp robot. Piotr and Kitty helped Namor defeat it.
Then, Piotr and Kitty talked with Dr. Rao about why Kitty couldn't remain solid, and Dr. Rao believed that the experience phasing the Breakworld bullet caused a kind of psychic cramp in her brain. She said that they could try psionic therapy.
Meanwhile, Magneto and Dr. Nemesis analyzed the Breakworld bullet, with virtually no success.
In the Peak, Agent Brand interrogated Unit about a recent emergency signal S.W.O.R.D. received. Unit advised Brand to ask the X-Men for help, and she was forced to do so.
Cyclops and Magneto were talking about the Breakworld bullet when Danger informed Scott about an incoming call from S.W.O.R.D. Brand asked the X-Men for help, sending the Stiletto One to pick them up and take them to the Falchion One. When they arrived, Brand informed Colossus that she needed the X-Men to help investigate Breakworld's recent activities.
Brand showed the X-Men an image of the Resplendent Celestial Slaughter, a Breakworld warship on the edge of Earth's Solar System. She said that Breakworld was preparing for war and that the X-Men must try to stop them before it reaches Earth.
The X-Men infiltrated the Breakworld ship and encountered Kruun, who said that the people of Breakworld were now refugees and that Colossus was now their Powerlord.

Synopsis for "Breaking Point (Part Two)"
Uncanny X-Men #536
Cyclops, Emma, Brand and Sydren talk with Kruun and Haleena. Kruun explains to them that Breakworld has fallen into anarchy and the Breakworlders need a place to call home. He says that their people can live in Utopia with mutants.
Later, Cyclops discussed that idea with Emma and Magneto in private. Emma and Magneto say that Cyclops should say no, since the Breakworlders tried to destroy Earth. However, Cyclops believes that the Breakworlders are homeless because of them.
Meanwhile, Piotr and Kitty walk across the Breakworld ship and begin to feel sorry for the Breakworlders. They talk with the Breakworlders, with some of them begin to feel loyal to Piotr while others are still loyal to Kruun. Suddenly, Kruun appears and tells that even though he is no longer Powerlord, his lost arm is a lesser shame than Piotr's inability to help their people. Suddenly, a Breakworlders tries to stab Piotr from behind but Kruun defends him. Kruun apologizes to Piotr, who walks away with Kitty. Kruun is then approached by Magneto, who wants to know about the bullet Kruun fired towards Earth.
In the Utopia labs, Kruun shows Magneto and Madison Jeffries that the metal used for the bullet can defy gravity. Magneto goes to collect the last remnants of the bullet, which were scattered all over the state and says that he will return in half an hour. When Magneto leaves, Kruun knocks Madison out and pulls several chemical vials from his mouth. He mixes them into a chemical, which he then puts in several darts. When Magneto returns, Kruun injects him with the darts, which strips Magneto of his powers. Kruun then traps Magneto and Madison in a closet and begins his revenge plan against the X-Men.
