History
The Enforcers were hit men who worked for the Kingpin and pitted against Spider-Man. The Enforcers' original leader, mobster Mr. Big have schemed of overthrowing the Kingpin by using Spider-Man as his secret weapon. However, the Kingpin discovered of Mr. Big's treachery and have his Enforcers betrayed him by holding him still and allowing the Kingpin to kill Mr. Big by crushing his skull with his bare hands.
After losing twice to Spider-Man, the Enforcers supposedly disbanded. Much later, they came back together to work for Hammerhead. This pitted them directly against their former employer. Ultimately in a battle between Spider-Man, Black Cat, Shang-Shi, Iron Fist, Elektra, Moon Knight, Hammerhead the Enforcers (minus Ox, who was earlier apprehended by the police) are later again arrested by the authorities.
