Ned was a member of Mayor Fisk along with Sandy who attempted to stop Carol Danvers' Women's March. Sandy attempted to grab Carol but was knocked out by Red Wolf. So Ned pulled his gun on Red Wolf, but was himself knocked out by Carol.
