History

Domino worked for Conspiracy where his role to keep Samantha Eden away from Ulysses Bloodstone in order to kill Bloodstone. He did, eventually revealing Eden his intentions, then he left. The Conspiracy then stopped existing.

Domino came into contact with Tom Halloway and the pair joined with Bloodstain to form the Scourge of the Underworld program. Domino worked as the communications operative, who fed information to the Scourge agents. He worked with Bloodstain in an attempt to trick US Agent into believing Bloodstain was his brother to try and recruit him into the program. USAgent resisted and tracked down Domino and forced him to bring him to the organization's leader. After meeting with Halloway, his nurse turned out to be Bloodstain and attacked USAgent. Domino tried to save Halloway but was killed by a falling statue.
