  • This is part of the event, Assistant Editor's Month.
  • Over Rebecca's Blakes' objections, Foggy Nelson makes his name larger on the sign on the door which advertises "Nelson and Murdock". Foggy notes that he did not take Matt's name of, "I just make it smaller than mine -- kind of."
  • This issue features a letters page, Devil's Advocate. Letters are published from Michael Downs, Thomas Long, Don C. Reed, Anthony Padilla, Ruffin Prevost, Alex Walls, Bill Henley, Jr., and D.M. Pratt.


  • Officer "Mulcahay" is at first depicted as African American. Later in this issue he is shown as caucasian. The error is addressed (somewaht humorously in the letters page of Daredevil #2106.
