History
The second criminal Spider-Man ever faced (after the Burglar), Conrad Eisenstadt, alias The Undertaker, was the head of a small gang that performed petty con games, as well as the disposal of murder victims for organized crime. After his underlings attempted to bilk May Parker, claiming they were in possession of new furniture her late husband had ordered and partly paid for prior to his death, Spider-Man confronted the Undertaker and his gang, and left them for the police to take care of.
