History

Tar-Vash was a Commander of the Imperial Kree Army who was called from the front lines by the Supreme Intelligence to be transformed into a Ruul, as a Kree he was fighting against the Toad Men on Trellnax-3. Following his genetic upgrading he returned to the fight with new weapons powered by a captured Silver Surfer and took on the Defenders, he was defeated by the Hulk.
