Synopsis for "My Brother, My Enemy"
Professor X is plagued by nightmares of a galactic war. Meanwhile, Alex Summers and Lorna Dane are attacked in their desert home. Three days later, while seeing Professor X off at JFK airport, the X-Men are attacked by Havok and Lorna Dane, who are under the control of Eric the Red; all three of whom escape.

Trivia
- Erik the Red, who appeared in X-Men #51 and #52 was an alias of Cyclops, and is unrelated to Eric the Red.
- Lorna Dane uses the name Polaris for the first time.
- Havok's name is misspelled "Havoc" throughout this entire issue
