Synopsis for "Hawkeye, the Marksman!"

After saving a Stark Industries worker from an accident on the job, Iron Man is asked by Happy Hogan to put in a good word for Pepper and go on a date. When Iron Man tries to suggest the idea to Pepper as Tony Stark later, Pepper jumps to the conclusion that Stark wants to go out on a date with her. Stark takes Pepper out to a fair which features an archer named Hawkeye. When Stark has to change into Iron Man to stop a broken ride, Hawkeye is inspired to become a super-hero. Creating a costume and trick arrows Hawkeye goes out and stops a jewel thief.
However, Hawkeye flees the scene when the police believe that Hawkeye is the thief. He is picked up by the Black Widow and uses her looks and charm to convince him to go back to her lab and build more trick arrows to fight Iron Man. Meanwhile Tony loses a chance at another date with Pepper when Happy beats him to the punch.
That night Hawkeye breaks into Stark Industries and battles Iron Man, when he damages Iron Man's armor with acid arrows. While Iron Man is putting a replacement armor, Hawkeye steals other components of Iron Man armor. Chasing Hawkeye to the harbor, the two battle it out, however when one of Hawkeye's arrows bounces off Iron Man's armor and hits the Black Widow, Hawkeye grabs the girl and flees in a boat, Iron Man is unable to catch it as he is running low on power.
