History
Chi Chan was one of the Dragon Lords, a crew member of the Makluan starship that crashed in ancient China. She like here fellow Makluans learned to survive on Earth over the following three millennia, assuming human form and adapting to human ways. Upon receiving a telepathic call from their leader Chen Hsu, like her fellow Makluans, she reverted back to her dragon form and flew back to the Valley of the Sleeping Dragon.
Where she joined the rest of the Dragon Lords, and along with most of them changed to a human form to meet the Mandarin. To convince him to willingly turn over the ten rings and serve them, Chi Chan informed him that he would see wonders and experience infinite pleasures in service to the Dragon Lords. Chen Hsu her captain advised the Mandarin that she was most skilled in such. Mandarin's defiance resulted in battle which was soon joined by Iron Man, both fighting to keep the rings from the Dragon Lords. The battle ended in the defeat of the Dragon Lords, when Iron Man supercharged the Mandarin's rings, creating a nuclear-level explosion.[1]See Also
