History
As one of The Hulk Gang, Charlie came to Logan's farm in a Fantasti-Car to collect the rent he owed. When he didn't have it, they beat him down, leaving the message for his family that everyone would die if they fail to provide twice the rent next month.[1]
Charlie was presumably killed by Logan along with almost all of the Hulk Gang in revenge for the deaths of his family.[2]Attributes
