After Kat Farrell questions her orders.

Cerena is the hard-nosed Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Bugle. She insisted on waiting for clearance from SHIELD before running a story about what the Red Guard was doing at Stark Tower, and was very irritated that Kat Farrell was late for their daily 3 o' clock meeting.

Ms. Taylor was later extremely pleased when her photographer, Jacob Gunterson, brought her pictures of Lara the Illusionist (Shaky Kaufman's wife) making out with Izzy Ortega. She ran them on the front page of The Pulse.

 Kaufman's been running around this town like owns if for too long! It's high time his nose was put out of joint. Oh, what I wouldn't give to be a fly on his wall when he sees this!

• Bendis had a name for this character during the initial drafts of The Pulse #10, but it was never mentioned in any comic.
• Michael Lark and Stefano designed her based on Bendis' description.

 He (Bendis) did give her a name, but I forget what it is. And she wasn't in Mutopia X, unless the artist there used our design - Stefano and I designed her, based on Bendis's description.

Honestly, I don't think it's all that important - I think that point is just that, in the House of M reality, the publisher/editor-in-cheif of the Daily Bugle is a woman mutant.
