History
Gypsy possessed a jewel which allowed her to take control of individuals and force them to do as she pleased. This jewel had fallen from the heavens and was passed down by the women of her family for generations. She was able to charm both Thor and Firelord with it and made them fight with the rebels of Costa Verde. Firelord later destroyed the jewel after Jane Foster managed to defeat Gypsy in a knife fight and pulled the jewel off of her head.
