Synopsis for "Homeland Part V"Edit

Cap finishes up his mission in Cuba. He rescues Fernand Hedayat from his captors and exposes General Linc Barron as a corrupt officer. He spends a nice New Year's Eve in Cuba with soldiers Luisa Prohias, Arturo, and their families. Senator Lester Paley and Steve's new girlfriend Rebecca Quan also join the gathering. Senator Paley outlines his plan to run for President and would like to have Steve Rogers as his running mate. Steve politely declines.
