History
Caliber's first recorded action was an attempt to take the city of Vancouver hostage. He threatened to kill citizens if his demands weren't met. Alpha Flight arrived to stop his actions. While his weaponry was able to harm Sasquatch, Sasquatch quickly dispatched him with a blow to the face.
Caliber later was freed from prison by Delphine Courtney so that Delphine could make an appearance pretending to be the original Guardian.
Caliber showed up once again, briefly, some time later when the Brass Bishop was auctioning off the remains of Silver and Auric.Paraphernalia
Equipment
Caliber wore a battle-suit with extensive weaponery, though, apparently without the capability of flight.
