History
During World War II, the Clock Tower of Big Ben was frequently used as a secret Allied meeting place. In 1942, the Allied Command decided that they should coordinate their efforts with the costumed battalion known as the Invaders. The Americans sent an officer named Colonel Farrow, while England provided the services of Major Rawlings. The first secret meeting inside of the clock tower involved a mission to capture three master saboteurs, the Hyena, the Shark and Agent Axis. [1]
In recent times, Big Ben became one of several London sites targeted by terrorists working for an A.I.M. subsidiary known as Radically Advanced Ideas in Destruction (RAID). MI-6 put together a team of independent operatives to combat RAID's efforts. The team consisted of Union Jack, Sabra, Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine and the new Arabian Knight. [2]
