History

An embezzling businessman taunted by the Rocket Racer decides to get a Big Wheel made by the terrible Tinkerer.
He finds being a supervillain is much harder than it looks and while chasing Spider-Man and the Rocket Racer the Big Wheel falls into the Hudson River never to be seen again.
That is until many years later he turns up having survived the Hudson River in a later story where he atones for his crimes.

recently Axel was apprehended by Spider man and Iron man and charged for having black market connection by selling illegal super hero equipment. ^[1].
