History

Arthur Moore was a sorcerer who had used his talismans to rob first national bank as well as charges for animal cruelty and was suspected of being involved in local cases of missing children. She-Hulk successfully argued Moore out of the charges, after which Moore used his magic to show both She-Hulk and Mallory Book an illusion that he was indeed guilty and had ritualistically sacrificed the local missing children after turning them into animals, as this information was provided to them under attorney/client privilege they were unable to do anything with what they then knew. Moore had been purposefully goading She-Hulk so as to get her to attack him so that he could 'destroy her' by getting her disbarred, which happened after she revealed to reporters who witnessed the fight what she knew of Moore's crimes. The children were then found prisoner in a cabin in upstate New York, Moore having used the illusion solely to provoke She-Hulk after he was paid by an unknown employer to ruin her.[1]

He later encountered She-Hulk again at Cleveland Browns Stadium where he had hired a bodyguard, Bran Murphy, to protect him from death threats. She-Hulk and her partner Jazinda accosted Murphy who She-Hulk had witnessed blow up an office building a week prior in New York City, at a time when Murphy had been guarding Moore. After a brief fight, She-Hulk was arrested for violating the restraining order that Moore had against her.[2]

Moore was then killed with poisoned wine by Bran Murphy,[1] who he was unaware was possessed by Bran the Blessed, a former mortal turned Celtic god.[3]
