History

Araq Mezdbadah was one of the leaders of the People's Armed Forces Front (PAFF) of Trans-Sabal, the movement which tried to establish a democracy in the country. Although not Sabalian by birth, he led the PAFF against the tyrannical government of Jalfaha Dahn, Farnoq Dahn's cousin and self-declared heir of the religious throne, and against the separatist army of General Halladah. However, he had gained external funding by offering to an Eastern neighbor disputed territory that was rich in oil.
